CANCELLATION / LATE ARRIVAL / NO SHOW POLICY
To cancel or reschedule your appointment you may do so via our scheduling site or responding to your confirmation text with the words cancel.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations through our scheduling site are only available 24 hours before scheduling. 
Cancellations less than 24 hour notice, no-shows and groups will be charged the full-service fee of your originally scheduled appointment. 

LATE ARRIVALS
If you arrive late, your appointment may be modified.  However, you will still have to pay for the services that were previously scheduled.  

NO SHOW POLICY


Serving our clients in a timely fashion is very important to us. Please be kind to our other clients and let us know if you can’t make it. This allows someone else to fill your spot. No-shows, groups, and lateness of more than 10 minutes will be charged the full-service fee of your originally scheduled appointment. No shows will not be rescheduled. You will have to visit the shop during the walk in hours.
