We hope that everyone had a safe holiday. Things have settled down some as we move into the month of February however there have been so many changes in our every day lives. The more things change, the more they stay the same. We are still in some challenging times and because of that, we wanted to keep you abreast of updates and provide some important reminders.
Cancellation Policy
Our detailed cancellation policy can be found when booking your appointment. Below are some important highlights that you should be aware of:
Missed appointment/No call no show fees will not be applied to your next appointment
Cancellation fees outside of the listed timeframes will not be applied to your next appointment
We do not want any client entering the building feeling ill. If you wake up and are suddenly not feeling well please give us a call ASAP. We will evaluate COVID related cancellations on a case by case basis. Please keep in mind, that if you cancel due to COVID, you will not be able to make another appointment for a minimum of 14 days.
If you have previously cancelled same day and you were not charged, that will change going forward.
New Services
We have new pedicures! Our speciality pedicure for the winter is Peppermint Paddy. We also just launched a new addition to our Wellness line of pedicures. Our Immunity Pedicure packs a powerful punch and is a one of a kind herbal pedicure.
